Evans: Sami is my player of the season

Former Liverpool boss Roy Evans believes Sami Hyypia has been the Reds best player this season.

"He has been absolutely brilliant," said Evans.

"He is the rock at the back which everything starts from. He can tackle, pass and control a game from the back. Of course he is also great defensively."
