Liverpool midfielder Danny Murphy has been speaking about his World Cup rejection.

"I don't know whether to be pleased or disappointed," said Murphy.
"At least I know I have still got a chance of going and that's more than a few other players have got.
"It's just a case where I have to keep my fingers crossed. I don't wish misfortune or injury on any players but I will be more than willing to take my opportunity if I get called up."
